Technical publications
Natural England technical publications help communicate and apply our evidence. Reports add new evidence while information notes summarise and help people apply evidence, frequently providing practical advice to land managers and advisers.
Since 2008, reports written by contractors have been published as Commissioned Reports while reports written by Natural England staff continue to be published in the Research Report series. Prior to 2008 all research reports were published as Natural England Research Reports. Research Reports up to 2006 were published by English Nature and the Countryside Commission.
